Description
Located in the Right Hand Fork of Maple Canyon, the Minimum Crag is a shady, gently overhanging sport crag with approximately 20 routes from 5.9 through 5.13. The majority of routes are well-bolted and in the hard 11 through mid 12 range. The Crag is quite popular due to the high quality routes and soft grades.
Getting There
The trailhead is located at a small pull-out big enough for two cars on the west side of the road (the right hand side as you head uphill). Hike up the trail for approximately 5-8 minutes. The second trail on the left takes you to the Minimum Crag. The Crag is visible from the trail. It faces NNE and gets early morning sun, but is in the shade by around 11 am.
