Description
The Monster is a short wall containing a dozen climbs of varying difficulty. The Monster could even be considered a fine area for some highball bouldering problems.
Getting There
To find the Monster climb up the CCC trail past the "No Sweat" formation. Once you pass "No Sweat" the trail starts to turn to the north and ends up coming to a "T". The Monster is the short wall directly in front of you. The large boulder at the trail junction is the bouldering problem "The Flatiron".
