Description

First area on the trip down Geology Tour Road. Look for pullout marker 3 on the right and park it.

Getting There

Head south 2.8 miles down Geology Tour Rd. and park at a turn out. Then walk west about .3 miles to a group of formations that make up Towers of Uncertainty.

Access Issues

This part of the park has been experiencing seasonal nesting closures. The usual duration for this restriction is from March 25 through June.

[Hide Comment] Went to lava dome and crow’s nest, lots of bees still circulating around at both crags. Not too aggressive, but a little annoying. Mar 1, 2021
