Approach to Sikati Cave

Traverse to the northeast, following the goat trails till you reach the main trail heading towards the ruins in the distance. Follow the trail till you reach the via ferrata downclimb into the cenote. We rappelled in on the way down. I highly recommend wearing your harness and connecting to the fixed lines for the way out. Scary and slippery when not connected to anything. On the way back to the switchback parking area, it's easy to miss where the trail diverts up the hill, especially in the dark.
