This is the large splitter thats shaped like an "S" on the Left page of the open book. Original start is the same as The Downclimb on a ledge in the center of the book go up a right facing corner "small" finger crack 5.6 then up and left under the splitter. Fingers to OW, very physical and well Protected. 5.9 moves into and up around the middle.

To decend head over the large boulder that is round leaning against the large "halfdome" shaped boulder. Slings are place around the boulder, 1 rope gets down into the gully.

Pro to 5", a few med nuts at the start and a #1-5 camelot would be fine. Bring .5 and an extra #3 for belay
