Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

A short boulder with a few problems along the Hall of Horrors west trail. Its short side is marked with prominent jugs and patina and is visible coming up the trail via the parking lot.

Getting There

From the Hall of Horrors parking lot, follow the trail left as it loops around the first large rock pile. Zarmog is located several yards off the trail near the backside of the first rock pile.
