You pimp your girlfriend/boyfriend to get money for your climbing road trip.

You cheese when you see a Sprinter van and shudder when you hear the word "homeowner."

A buddy of mine tried this same thing. I hope you have better results. What kind of tire did you use? The shit he used turned out to be less sticky than my trail runners. He doesn't climb much anymore and I still pay for professional resoles.

Ain't my shoes. My friend was using them today. He said he used wrangler tires. I don't think they are sticky at all!

...when you are walking to the bus station in Reno after hitch hiking from bishop with a large beat to death haul bag and ghetto ledge and another homeless person (cuz face it, you're homeless) approaches you and invites you to polish off the 40oz he just scored.

do you ever stop being a dirt bag? Or does the lifestyle ethics and mentality infuse into other parts of your life.

I think we go in and out of dirtbaggy-ness. Depends on where you are headed for a climbing location. Some places let you live pretty good, others demand the crash-mobile and plenty of handiwipes.
