The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start in the left center of the east face of the Crypt below an obvious right leaning crack system. Climb past a low bulge (the rock is a bit suspect here) to gain the obvious crack system. Follow the crack up and right to the top.
