I've only been down to the Valley twice, the latest in November, and I'm not sure what to make of the forecast for this weekend:

For those more experienced with climbing in the winter in the Valley, does this bode well for climbing on the lower elevation south-facing cliffs on Sat/Sun?

Click and drag the map to the location of the lower elevation crags as indicated by the guidebooks and see what the downscaling of the local model says...

Or type in "El Portal, CA" for weather and split the difference between that and "Curry Village, CA" essentially.

I'd say down-Valley stuff would be your best option. Arch, Cookie, Pat and Jack. Plenty of sun and plenty of awesomeness to be had at those crags!
