Description Suggest change

SDS matched on the obvious ledge at the lip. Move up over the right of the bulge using sloping holds at the lip. Mantel tenuously over the bulge and top out on a lichen covered slab.

The mantel and top out can seem unlikely, especially with the lichen, but the needed holds are all there and clean.

Essentially this problem is the right exit for West Nile Direct, eliminating the first difficult move to get established on the ledge.

Location Suggest change

Located near the swamp on the Malaria Boulder. Start on the obvious ledge in the West Nile line and head right.

Protection Suggest change

pad for the slightly uneven, rocky landing
