Description

Great shady climbing area with some super steep testpieces. Named for one of Oak Ridge's nuclear reactors. A great crag name. Bring some atomic firepower for these routes.

Getting There

On the hike out to the Tieranny wall locate a trail that heads down and left. It leads to a wooden ladder. Once you descend the ladder, you'll be just left of the route Placebo Effect. The wall is located directly across from Clear Creek's "point" where the river makes a sharp bend. Use your phone's GPS to see when you're near (36.095882, -84.71063). It's the only trail heading toward the river (on your left) in that area. Alternatively, use your GPS within the Mountain Project app to see when you're at the approach trail marked on the map.
