Description
Top 50 climb in Eastern CH, according to the guidebook Hot Ice.
One of the longest pure ice climbs you can do in Switzerland, and with a mellow grade, too.
Approach looks a bit challenging. Best would be to approach from the 1st hairpin turn on road to Andermatt, and then hike ~ 30 min north, back down the valley, towards the start. Deep snow would make this a challenging approach.
