Last week I was on a problem, pinching with my left hand, and heard two quick clicks or small pops on the top(outside) of my wrist where the wrist and hand meet. I felt some pain at first but as I continued climbing that day the pain became more evident. I have gone climbing twice since then and have been able to work through it but the pain does not seem to be going away. It seems to be isolated to my middle finger and ring finger when the wrist is bending upwards/backwards or when my weight is on the left hand. Also when I open my hand I can feel it as well. The pain is more at the point where the hand and wrist meet rather than on the top of the hand or in the fingers.
Anyone have something similar or know more about the tendons in that area?
