Description 

This small rock outcropping sits above Slot Rock, and below Half & Half Crag and Shark Fin. However, it is rather difficult to separate it from its neighbor, but a couple powerful short routes sit on its uphill east face. One of which adds to the day when climbing in The Alcove.

Getting There 

Likely best approached from the Homer Rouse parking Lot, just next to the Baldpate Inn.

Aim for Slot Rock and pass it on its south (right) side. Then pass Woodstone on its south (right) side also and scramble up into The Alcove. (See Half & Half Crag info.)
