Spring time is coming, the days are getting longer, and another season of awesome free climbing on rock in WI is around the bend!

This thread is where you should spray your fellow climbers with all of your stoke for the coming year! What sorts of plans do you have? Any new climbs you want get on? New areas to visit? Projects to euthanize? Tell all and with the power of this thread may yee reach your goals and dreams! Aim high and even if you don't achieve everything you set out to do, may your momentum take you farther than you thought you'd get!

So, get out there and crush, crank, pull, slap, jam, crimp, wobble, flail, dance or whatever it is you do on rock!

AHHHHH!

2. Summit Baboquivari Peak, AZ
3. Lead Gargantua at Devil's Lake
4. TR Acid Rock
5. TR Pacific Ocean Wall
6. TR Son of Great Chimney
7. Lead more 10's at Devil's Lake
8. Climb lots of boulders at Devils Lake
9. Climb at Necedah
10. Move to South Africa
11. Climb boulders in the Rocklands
12. Climb big walls in the Drakensberg Mountains
13. Summit Kilimanjaro
14. Summit Mt. Kenya

I have no idea how many of those will be achieved this year but the chase is going to be so good! SO GOOD!

How about Mt. Kenya and Kilimanjaro in a day???

Probably won't be able to pull that off. What are you excited for this climbing year, Ed?

I'm not psyched about the temps this March in Wisc,,,really sucks for local climbing..heading to the Red next week where it also seems to be in the low 40's each day. Crap, this sucks for spring break!!!!

My WI goal for the year is to get up something (anything!) at Willow River without looking like an over weight out of shape fool. Wish me luck.

My goal is to get out to devil's lake and learn to lead climb. Last year's top roping 5.9's was fun but I'm ready to lead some easier routes!

I am a trad climber mostly but now just getting into aide...a little overwhelmed but super psyched about pretty much the whole place!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
