What type of rock is it? Is it hard on the hands? Is it crumbly?

o Ice-covered, Sangre conglomerate.

Are there camping opportunities?

o Many sites are available at the South Crestone / Willow Lake TH.

Are there access fees?

o $3.50/gallon to get there.

Are there places to buy beer?

o Don't miss Amica's, the brewery in Salida (try the IPA).

Are there classic routes?

o There is the big waterfall at the end of the lake.
