Description Suggest change

Strap in for this one, 'cause it ain't over 'til it's over. Get off the ground and onto a blank slab. Smear and stem your way up through the first few bolts, slapping your hands around for any vestige of a good handhold and craning your neck to see the feet. Once you pull off the slab, find a good stance and a shake and get ready to tackle the vertical headwall. Balance, sidepull, and crimp your way up through the last three bolts in sustained, technical climbing until the anchors. Clip the chains, rejoice, and take up blood doping before your forearms hurt this bad again.

Location Suggest change

Starts on the leftmost side of the Amphitheater, furthest from the trail entrance. Second route from the left, beginning on a bald slab with a vegetated crack running up the left side.

Protection Suggest change

9 bolts to quick links.
