Whitney Portal

Anyone going to be around the portal Thursday/ Friday? I'm looking to climb gear protected routes, not much of a sporto, but not opposed to some slabs. Let me know!

Just FYI, while there are a ton of bolted climbs at the Portal, very few would count as "sport"...plenty of exciting bolted "trad" to be had (and good too). I guess what I am saying is that don't be fooled by the routes in the Croft/Lewis book that appear to be sport routes. Good luck finding a partner.
