Just curious what everyone likes for their go to setup when attaching the aiders/ daisey when aid climbing. I figure it is a biner you are grabbing, moving, and clipping to nearly every piece for days on end and people would have strong opinions about what is best. I don't have an opinion yet, so sell me on yours.
I just got the climb ax keylock ovals and used them this weekend and they were great. D's and other shapes are too small to fit daisys and ladders. And the keylock does not get hung up.

Any solid gate oval with a notchless nose. I use some Mad Rock ovals.
BD Oval Wires are my favorite. Good shape and I like the narrow profile because you can "fit" them in tight spaces and there is less biner popping or shifting.
Massive fan of the DMM Ultra O Big, easy to handle, snagless. Really good for racking nuts as well. If they were cheaper, I'd probably rack my pins on them as well. DMM Product Page
I prefere small locking carabiners attaching my aiders to my daisy chains. Then I have BD hot wires also clipped into the aider to make leading and cleaning easier.
