Just a little overhanging....
Are there any "public" bear bins in the valley where you can store the things you don't want to leave in your car? I've had friends leave their stuff in my bin in camp 4, but I don't think I'll have that luxury. Mr. Stevens

I used to use the bear boxes in the dirt/gravel lots of curry village. This was 6 years ago so maybe they aren't there any more. I have also just thrown them in Camp 4 boxes as well and had no issues. Keith Robinson

bear boxes in the manure pile parking lot, also a few boxes by el cap bridge but those get full and stay full most of the time. Highlander

They where still there last year.

Camp 4 bear boxes are now assigned to each party camping in a site, so this might not be as easy. sounds like there are plenty of bear boxes provided specifically for wall climbers by NPS, though.
