What are good climbing apps for the iPhone?

Hello, I am looking for a climbing app for the iPhone that will help me:
- Mark bouldering ticks and analyze the data to see my performance improve over time
- Check off a set of skills that I should master next (e.g. No hands climbing, 4x4 at the V1 level, etc.)
- Create a training plan based off of the Self Coached climber

If this exists, I'd love to find out. If this doesn't, then I'm going to mock up an app for your feedback and move from there.
