Wed, May 6 Vegas beer/meet-up night @ 3 Angry Wives

I know it's a bit far for a lot of people but I work at Bad Beat Brewing and I'd love to see more climbers coming in and hanging out. We have a taproom with darts, shuffleboard, cards against humanity. Smoke free environment with no video poker or gaming and we have a variety of beer styles that we brew there. Only open thu-sun but Thursday's are trivia night. We are located less than 5 minutes away from the new climbing gym too!

Tues and Wed nights work for us. Preferably somewhere close to Red Rock. Steiner's has been working pretty good for us lately. We used to have a nice time at Three Angry Wives which is even closer to RR, being on Charleston Blvd.

I personally don't mind the drive to Henderson, but a lot of people do. The other issue with Bad Beat is it sounds like Thu is Trivia Night, and I can't commit to a Fri-Sun as I'm heading to Bishop for whenever the next weekend alpine weather window is (not that I need to be there). I'd also like to have it on a night when John and Gigi can attend given how many MP events they've hosted.

Bad Beat looks like a really cool place. I checked out the website.

On Thurs, May 7, the LV Climber's Liaison Council is having a special event and movie screening of DRAWN at the Clark County Library. So that Thurs won't do for a beer night. I never thought that a Fri or Sat beer night would be popular. Maybe a Sunday night would work after all the climbing is done for the day?

Maybe we settle with Wed, May 6, on the west side of town and we could do the Bad Beats at a later date?

Or, If a lot of people came, how hard would it be to open the Bad Beat on a Wednesday? Seems like we get 20-25 people on the west side.

The multi approach has merit. I have heard of a condition called "too much beer" but never personally experienced it.
