Description

Climbing at Waterworld is a fairly unique experience. A short approach (5 min) leads you to the top of the wall, which rises 90m out of Revelstoke Lake. Rap in (single 60m rope works great), then climb your way out. Routes range from 2-4 pitches. The walls face west and get afternoon sun. Be prepared for wind.

Getting There

From the Trans-Canada Highway, drive 11.5km north on Highway 23, keeping a sharp eye out for a gap in the trees with a "Waterworld" sign. Parking is on the west side of the road, in the ditch. Signs will lead you to the cliff of your choice.
