Description Fun two pitch route that goes straight up some of the most beautiful rock at Granite Mountain. This route involves fun face climbing on crimps and edges with a short crack that finishes under the Great Roof. The first pitch is 5.9 and the second pitch is the crux at 5.10b. Many finish to the top of the wall via Candyland.
Location Waterstreak Delight is located to the left of the famed crack on Coatimundi Whiteout on the Middle Section of the Grainite Mountain Main Wall. From the Front Porch, follow the climbers trail left along the base of the wall. The route start is located on the wall just after traversing high on a boulder at the base. The easiest way to descend is to use the anchors at the top of P2 and descend to the rap bolts at the top of P1 of Coatimundi Whiteout and from there, to the base. If finishing on Candyland, hike to the right along the rim to the Coke Bottle Raps.
Protection P1 - 4 bolts and 2 small pieces low on the route. Finishes at a 2 bolt anchor (5.9) P2 - 5 bolts and a few medium cams for the crack. Route finishes at a 2 bolt anchor on a ledge. There are also bolted anchors further up at the base of the Great Roof
