Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is a broad wall directly behind the GoldenEye Spire with three recorded routes ranging from 5.5 to 5.11 in difficulty, but more potential exists.

Getting There

Approach as for GoldenEye Spire but continue along the base of the north face and then head left into a notch between the Spire and the wall behind which is Water Babies Rock.
