Wasatch Range stuck downloading

I tried to download the Wasatch range data onto my phone, only to have it get stuck 10 minutes later. Now the download bar is full, the spinner is still spinning, and I can't pause or delete it.

It's been like this for 2 weeks...

Is the only way to fix this to delete the app and redownload completely? And will this delete all my currently downloaded areas? Thanks in advance.

I actually had the same thing happen with downloading the wasatch range. i turned my phone off and back on to shut the app down. then tried to download it again when I was near a strong wifi connection and that worked for me. turning my phone off didn't do anything to my other areas. also check your usage just in case. it may be stuck because you're out of memory. hope that helps.

Shutting off my phone didn't stop the download. And I checked my disk usage and I haven't even used up half of my free storage:/ thanks though

We will take a look. In general, turning off the phone won't do anything. Deleting the app and reinstalling is the only positive way to clear the internal database for sure.

We're working on a new version now, so if we can find anything, we'll fix it.

A new release of the app is 3-5 weeks away... so you probably should reinstall...
