Me and my buddy are fairly new to climbing and really want to get outdoor and climb for the first time! We have all the gear for a sport climb! can climb 5.9 and some 5.10 in the gym. Minimal lead experience but do have general knowledge! Being seniors in high school we can't really afford to hire a guide to take us up so if someone would be down for a day of climbing on some real rock I would have no problem driving or filling up your tank then buying you a beer or some food after! We are in fort collins! but have no problem driving to denver or boulder or breck or whatever! if your interested shoot me a pm or comment! Thanks Eli

Eli,
You sound pretty motivated, I'm surprised there aren't more replies on here. I am not a guide, but as an experienced climber, I would be willing to take you and your buddy up some real rock. I am working to become a guide so the experience would be good for me. I'm in Denver, so I think Boulder Canyon would be a good place to meet in between on a weekend.

Check your email Eli, I've emailed you twice. I need your address before I can ship you your stuff.

Eli,

I'm in the same situation as Andy, so if you're looking for another option, especially for somewhere like Boulder Canyon, shoot me a pm and I'll take you guys out to the rocks as well.

Thanks for the offers! I would love to take both of you guys up on your offers! Just trying to get out! As I am finishing up my year at school its gonna be tough to get out but possibly the weekend of the 24/25 of May if either of you guys are free! I got the chance to live up in Oregon for two months this summer to summit some of the mountains up there and near Washington! But would love to climb before I leave or when I get back in August! Thanks a lot for your interest in helping a new climber! Climb on!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
