VT/NH ice climbing partner

I'm looking to find a partner to climb with. Some background on myself, I have 3 years of rock climbing experience and 1 year of ice. I can follow up to WI4 and would like to start leading at some point but am not there yet. I love climbing in the alpine and am in good shape so I can do long days with long approaches. Weekends are all I can do now, probably 2 times a month. I have a young family so I'm not looking to climb a lot, just occasionally. Also, with a young family, not interested in any epics. I would love it if someone older and with more experience would like to have someone belay for them.
