Climb to the top of a blocky structure that is to the right of Fall Out's "blocky structure". Then climb up an easy ledge. Easy climbing up to this point. Then proceed to climb through the crux move (it's a one-move wonder) to the top.

Protection beta SPOILER for the crux:

A Red C3 and/or a Yellow BD nut protect you VERY well at the crux. I placed both, but the nut was super bomber.
