Climbers experienced in lead or top rope climbing are invited to break free from the rat race and have an experience of a lifetime.

Come live on Cat Ba Island and work as an assistant climbing guide or a lead guide in the Ha Long Bay area … one of the newest and most uniquely beautiful climbing areas on the planet!

A minimum commitment of three to six months is required. Other opportunities such as learning to bolt and develop sport routes, teach English and gain full time employment also exist.
