Video on curing elbow tendonitis
I've been rehabing golfer's elbow and it's been working really well. |

Don, |
Good stuff. Tool assisted soft tissue work then pronation/supination exercises then eccentric flexion exercises. |
Jon, I had a brachioradialis strain that was cured with dry needing. Amazing stuff. |

This is timely since I'm going to see a physician for medial epicondylitis in a few days...it's gotten really bad in my right elbow and I have it in my left elbow too just not as bad. I stopped climbing a while ago to let the injury heal, and I'm wondering, how long did you rest before starting the recovery exercises and starting to climb again? I think I'm going to procure a couple of those flex bars. |
This is good info...however, if you want to cure your elbow tendonitis faster just buy an armaid. www.armaid.com Watch the DVD, follow the instructions, go climbing sooner. |

The ideas behind the flexbars, eccentric contraction, seems to be the ticket, and at this point the idea is not new. See also |

Similar to the physical therapy I had for my golfer's elbow. EXCEPT for the twisting flexbar part - I tried this on my own before PT and I ended up straining a tendon in my wrist. My PT simply had me do reverse wrist curls, while lifting up the weight - the only part I did initially was the lowering. |
