Vegas MP beer night | Wed, 11 Feb, 6pm @ Steiner's on Buffalo

Well, I'm going to try out living in Vegas for a while starting at the end of Jan, and it would be great to meet more of the local (and visiting) climbers.

Anyone interested in a beer night 4 [edit 11] Feb? Open to other dates after the 2nd as long as I don't have to be in SF for work.

Gigi and I won't be able to make it that week, but the following week would work. We were wondering when the beer nights were going to start up again. Maybe we'll catch the next one I guess? Good luck with your move to Vegas!

If you guys are down I work at bad beat brewing in henderson nevada. I'd love to see some more climbers come in and chat. I work there on the weekends. Come say hi. We have 9 beers on tap and a bunch of games, darts, shuffleboard in the taproom. Also smoke free and no video poker.

Wednesday nights are good for me. Maybe I'll finally make it to one of these shindigs.

Count me in for whichever Wednesday ya'll decide on, so long as it is not the third Wed. of the month. Always a fun event to go to.

Hey, Fossana, I'd be psyched to go if the Beer Night was moved to Feb 11. I think Gigi might be available too. But if people are set on Feb 4, then we'll just catch it next time. Thanks for getting this restarted!

I should be able to make either date....Love microbrews and Henderson is my back yard and haven't been to Bad Beat Brewing yet.

Well, Bad Beat is only open Thu - Sun, so either we move the location or the day. Are people OK with the 12th instead?

I think keeping it where it normally is, Steiner's off of Buffalo and Summerlin Pkwy, is probably best. Most of the climbers in town live on the West side...Bad Beat sounds awesome to scope out, but it's way the hell out there for those of us who live on the West Side. Just my $0.02 in hopes of helping attendance.

+1 for Bad Beat sounding cool but being too far out for most.

Let's leave it on the 11th b/c most people seem to be available and do the usual location (Steiner's) since they've been supportive in the past. Maybe we can do the next one at Bad Beat to balance out the location for anyone on the E side. I'd also prefer the smoke free environment, which I realize Steiner's is not. If have a largish pool of RSVPs I'll call ahead to give them a heads-up.

I usually help run the climbing meetup on Wednesdays - it invariably conflicts with events like this and LVCLC meetings.
