Description Suggest change

Two shady summer crags with a total of 24 routes. The routes are great for pleasure climbers as there are a slew of UIAA 6's and 7's. The easiest route is a 4+ and the hardest an 8-. The rock is similar to Katzenlöcher - VERY pocketed.

Getting There Suggest change

At the Southeast end of Bärnhof is a fork. The left road goes to Königstein. The right, who knows (no sign)? Follow the right fork for 280m and park on the right just before a road sign. Walk further down the road about 20m and follow a trail up into the woods next to a sign which says "Vöderreuther Wand". This trail leads you straight to the two crags, with Vöderreuther Wand on your right and the Vordere Wand on your left (facing away from you).
The GPS coordinates are for the parking area.
