I can't find any current info about if/when the Middle East Wall at Vantage is closed this year. Everything I've found online dates back to 2006 or earlier. Can anybody comment on whether it's currently open (or if it isn't, when it will be)? I'd like to check it out this weekend.

I know of no current closures at Middle east wall. As with all areas that have had a past closure, if you do see birds a little closer than you think they should be its best to back off and give a WDFW person a call.

The best thing to do...is don't do this "give a WDFW person a call." and just let this guy close down crags on his own.
