Vacant Room available in Salt Lake City for June and July, seeking awesome roommate!

My current roommate is moving out two months early to go teach high school in Detroit (awesome, I know!) and we are looking to fill his room.

My other roommates and myself are outdoor enthusiasts, climbers and alike. We are students, young professionals, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are clean, tidy and neat, and are very respectful and tolerant.

The price for the each month would be 225 (possibly negotiable). The space if available June 1st.

The house is in the Avenues area of Salt Lake, a really cool neighborhood, close to downtown, and with easy access to the Wasatch.
