Description 

Climb the northeast side of the formation up a slab, through a crack to the obvious anchor. Very straight forward and easy.

Rap the route with a single rope.


Location 

Same approach as to White Knight. The road passes within 20 feet of the formation. Can't miss it.


Protection 

A couple of midsized cams will work.

I recently saw a photo of the Swasey brothers? standing on top of this thing. Keen, they only beat you to the first ascent by a hundred years or so!

John, I just saw this. That's classic. Those guys were nuts! Where did you see that? Did they have a name for the formation? They probably went up one of the chimney/gully systems. I doubt they did Nursery Rhymes in their cowboy boots, but who knows. Anyone who has seen Swasey's Leap knows those two were pretty wild and crazy.
