Is that a bag he is dragging? That must be fun to have trailing behind when leading an off width

I don't understand why one would need to haul that much stuff up a 4-pitch route. What's in that bag, beer? Being able to rap the route, you don't have to drag your shoes. The route is shady, so you don't need gallons of H20. Why not try a gear sling to make some room on your harness for a bottle or a stuffed windshell? Stuff a couple CliffBars in your pockets. The lighter the better in my opinion.

That is a bag I'm dragging. We were training for Epinephrine in Vegas. I planned on dragging a bag up Epi with a Camelback of water, thus the bag. I should have taken beer also. Next time!
