Description Suggest change

Approximately a dozen boulders at the base of the Upper Upper West cliffs. As is common with Bolton bouldering, there are few classics here, but the easy access makes it worth being a part of a Bolton bouldering circuit.

Getting There Suggest change

The first boulders are 90 seconds from the car. Hike down the Preston Pond Trail. Within a minute there is a beaver bond with lots of standing dead trees on your left. The trail skirts the north side of the beaver pond and then wraps around the west side, heading south. As it heads south it begins to rise above the pond. Right after it starts to rise, you reach a point where the tread of the trail is rock instead of dirt, and blackberry bushes are on your right. Look over your right shoulder and you will see the Diamond and Swamp boulders lying some 50 feet into the woods.
