Description
Located high above Ouray on the east side, the Upper Cascade Wall offers a variety of short moderate trad routes with some potential for some harder sport climbs. Most of the climbing is varied cracks on decent stone.
Keep in mind, most folks will NOT enjoy the long approach and chossy top-outs. For those seeking adventure, cooler temperatures, and a scenic hike, this is a decent half day outing.
It appears some of these routes have been previously climbed. If you have the names, FA parties, and dates, I can update the corresponding routes.

Getting There
Go south out of town on US 550, and turn left on the road marked for the "Amphitheater CampgroundĀ (located 0.6 mile south of 3rd Ave). Follow the Amphitheater Campground road to the Upper Cascade Falls trailhead (left side of the road) before the campground (0.7 mile from US 550). If you go through the campground, there is another trailhead for Upper Cascade Falls. The upper trailhead will take you to the same place but is longer.
Follow the signs for the Chief Ouray Mine/Upper Cascade Falls. From the Upper Cascade Falls trailhead (before the campground), hike 0.4 mile to a trail junction, turn left, and hike an additional 0.2 mile to another junction. Turn left again, and continue just over a mile to the crag located conveniently on the trail. If you follow the trail around a buttress and can view the Chief Ouray Mine, you have traveled too far.
Stats: ~1.6 miles, ~1,700 gain, ~45-60 minute approach.
Trailhead parking: N38.0244, W107.6629.
Routes: N38.0265 W107.6548.
