Access Issue: Private Property!
Details
The majority of Avery Drive is privately owned. The primary landowner has asked the local game warden to issue citations against people hunting on his land (early 2024) and since he does not want trespassing on his land he has put No Tresspassing signs up at the Lost City and Little Germany parking areas.
Parking in the substation area over by Vice Grips on the western end of the road is a known way of getting ticketed or towed by the city.

Description
This is a sweet beginner route that starts with a great pinch. Go left to keep it at the given grade. Right is a much harder climb!
Protection
Bolted for lead 2014-1-12. 2 bolts + anchors. In Feb 2019 the bardware was replaced with SS glue-ins thanks to the American Safe Climbing Association (safeclimbing.org).
