Description 

A few years ago Dean and I TRed the arete between Zit Slab and the Left Deception. It checks in at about 5.10a or so. Starts on the arete then quickly moves right up plates, flexable flakes, and jugs to the top.


Location 

Arete between Zit Slab and Left Deception.


Protection 

Top Rope Only! Please do not bolt this route.

Paul or Larry, do you guys know who climbed this feature first? Dean and I could not have been the first to drop a rope on this arete. Fun climb though.

Impossible to say Will.
It's an obvious feature, I seem to remember doing it bitd and with the Gleasons around in the late 60s, good chance they did it. Hard to say w. Scott, TRs generally weren't his thing but he certainly did them now and then.

Also, the deceptions seem to see a lot of gang activity so...
