Sit or stand start both are close to V0 maybe V1 tops for sitting. The hardest moves are off the ground then its slab till the top so while it is long its slab just dont fall off the top or sides and you will be fine. Downclimb same way you got up and jump to your pad is how I get down.

On the very back of this area I have played with some practice Aid moves. Also more aid practice directly up the hill.
