Description

Easy trad climb with good gear that is not visible from the ground. The rightmost climb on the parking lot wall, this route starts at the ground-level overhang to a mantle. Traverse slightly to the right as you make your way up some steps, finding good gear as you surmount them. Excellent quality rock despite it being pretty wet halfway up.

Location

Right-most climb on the parking lot wall (not covered on the clmbri.com page). Start at obvious overhanging mantle problem (easy) then a nice horizontal that eats up any cam you wanna stick into it.

Protection

Standard trad rack.

Does anyone know if this route has been done? Had to dig out the 2nd horizontal to get gear in, indicating that it may not have been lead before. very nice beginner trad lead, with surprisingly good gear and great rock! Fun opening moves.

It has been done many times. It is used by the AMC classes as a begineer climb.
