Description Mindtwisting stemming up an interesting right-facing dihedral with fun moves the whole way. Sustained in its technical difficulty. Opinions may vary on where the crux is: at the 2nd bolt, or maybe committing moves at the top? More of a mental puzzle than anything else, but quite fun.
Location Toward the right side of Dead Cholla, in the last section of cliff with climbs. (This is the leftmost climb is the bunch at the end). This climb is 75' right of No Waiting (after Connected and Re-Connected). It faintly follows a right-facing corner. Having a guidebook with photos (Taos Rock, RC:NM) will help.
Protection 5 bolts to a 2-bolt anchor.

My fav in this area, very technical, kept me thinking constantly.

wow - did not feel 11a to me. I'm sure the heat had something to do with it but today it felt mid-11 or harder. Can't rate it though as I came nowhere close to sending...

After onsighting a series of 11s out here over the last few days, this one is definitely the most thoughtful and tricky, but is less difficult than "Lava Flows", which has a harder than 11 finish, I think. Harder than "Esmerelda", though.
