Description 

This is the major formation protruding from the base of Emancipation, looker's left of White House Wall.


Getting There 

Park at Emancipation/Inner Marker Pull-off.
Follow the trail that divides Marker and Emancipation ascending to the right to gain Emancipation. Truman Tower is located at the very base of Emancipation next to White House Wall.
