Description Suggest change

This is an excellent variation to Velociraptor that throws in one more crux and continues up an overhanging, bottomless dihedral instead of the slab corner high on the route.

Climb the first 2/3rds of Velociraptor. Right before getting established on the dark slab up high, make exciting moves right and into the steep dihedral for a few bolts before reaching a separate anchor at cliff top.

Location Suggest change

Use the same start as Velociraptor on the big prow as Main Elk.

Protection Suggest change

14 or 15 bolts; anchor with lowering biners.
