The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This route uses the black knobs in the middle of the wall. Fun route, lots of variations on this route, go left a bit, go right a bit, use some different holds, they all overlap a little, so I'm just saying it's one route.
