New Access Difficulties MORE INFO >>>
A new fence laced in razor wire has been erected on the far end of the dam where you used to hop over. Skirting around is a trivial matter, but I'm unsure how the message should be interpreted. There are no new signs indicating closures, and you can still hike over from Stumbling Blocks/Ghetto Wall. If anything the fence is going to have more of an effect on the hikers trying to do the loop than the climbers. On the plus side, I've never seen it so empty at this area.
This information is a public crowdsourcing effort between the Access Fund,
and Mountain Project. You should confirm closures, restrictions, and/or related dates.

Keeping climbing areas open and conserving the climbing environment
|
|
Description A short little route that really is only a couple moves long. One long move at the start that may give some shorter folks a challenge, then a funky shuffle left. Even then, it's a far cry from .11c. The toughest part of the route is probably forcing yourself to move off of the huge right-facing edge that lines the top half of the climb. You can keep a hand on this and climb most the route, probably at soft 5.10.
Location Goes up the middle of the face. If it looks too juggy you're too far right, if it's crazy overhanging on nothing holds you're too far left.
Protection 4 bolts or so to anchors.
