Description 

The Torture Machine Area is located between Right of the Roof and the Slander Sector at the top of the climber's trail that ascends the massive rubble pile at the base and is easily identified by a prominent orange streak (Tangerine Dream). Routes here range from 5.9 to 5.13a in difficulty and the large number of moderate and shorter climbs makes this a popular area.

Some of the more popular routes here include Minimizer (5.10a), Whammy (5.10a), Wonderstuff (5.10c), Tangerine Dream (5.10d), Conundrum (5.11a), Double Whammy (5.11b), Maximizer (5.11d), Technicolor Tango (5.12c), Vertigo (5.13a).

Getting There 

In the center of the quarry, above the huge mound of rubble at the base of the face and the top of the main trail.
