The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This easy to spot line lies just east of the Split Rock parking area.
Climb up huecoed face for 10' (same as Environment-Oil President) to gain right-angling crack. Follow the awkward, slightly grainy hand crack to the top of the formation.
Belay on gear.
Circuitous descent off the backside of formation.
